When we came to pay the fare my husbands phone must of slipped out of his pocket unknown to both of us. We went to catch our train and realised My husband didn’t have his phone. made perfect sense for us to use a black cab, as myself and my husband love them. My husband uses them every week for work and plus it’s a London thing! I’m so glad the Wedding planner Events By Keenda recommended we use the London Black cab Transfer company because they were brilliant! We used them for our wedding day arrival on 2nd October 2021 and our driver Steve was fantastic! Firstly, I was a bride running late and he waited patiently and helped me with the umbrella!! He was so kind and patient as we were stressed at being late and I was crying tears of joy in the cab. He was happy to drive around for the video footage as well (he’s honestly a great professional actor)! He kept the temperature cold as I requested and he made me laugh! Your help, flexibility and quality of service in organising a pick up for members of my family from the RAH last night was exceptional .Your colleague Mick went out of his way to find the 2 girls as they were ushered out of the ‘wrong ‘ exit to the one we agreed and then delivered them safely back to St Pancras in time to make their train home .
Difficult to say what value you can put on being able to speak to a human being , not an app , be reassured that you can trust them to actually turn up and have the peace of mind that the family will be safe late at night . I guess the answer is ‘priceless ‘ .
I realize this trip was much shorter than your normal arrangements and therefore appreciated the more for helping me out.

Good morning
I would like to send an email to just say a massive thank you to cab driver 101023 (I think his name was Sam?).
A few weeks ago I was left stranded after my bike got a puncture before this I had been verbally abused at by a gentleman in a freak incident and was having a pretty awful morning. I tried various modes of transport but the buses/ tubes etc. refused to let me ride with them as the bike is not a folding bike.
Sam offered me a lift to work and pointed out bike repair shops on the way so I knew where to go after work to get the bike fixed. He eased my anxiety and simply went above and beyond – I don’t think I’ve had that kind of service ever in London.
He was super friendly, listened to me moan for what felt like an eternity and I genuinely felt heard – he is a credit to your company and we are very lucky to have this gentleman servicing the people of London.
I never got the chance to thank him properly for his kindness and generosity as it was rush hour and we both had to scoot off, but the experience has stayed with me and his kindness did not go unnoticed.
We need more people like Sam!
I hope this email gets to him and it brightens up his day as he brightened up mine after the worst morning.
